i have a recent snapshot of quinn with about 20 feathers sticking out of the pocket on the side of his carseat. i clear them out frequently, but there are just 20 more where they came from.

If I ever make it out your way, could you please teach me how to kayak – and, perhaps, make a craft out of all those goose feather afterwards? You seem like a pretty resourceful guy and I think you could teach me a few lessons in how to live.

Sweet! I love how kids are able to mix and match whatever they enjoy. They don’t have to just be the jock or the nerd, they can be both and a bunch of other stuff besides!
